Alfie Mills – Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

Alfie joined EPS in 2024 as an apprentice and is currently studying a Property Maintenance course at college alongside gaining hands-on experience with the team. As part of his apprenticeship, Alfie assists with a wide range of property maintenance tasks, helping support our engineers across various projects.

Since joining the company, Alfie has shown a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, quickly developing practical skills across multiple trades. He has also developed a particular interest in carpentry and is keen to continue building his experience in this area as he progresses through his training.

Outside of work, Alfie is a big Bristol City fan (but we do not hold that against him) and enjoys following the team both home and away.
