Bob’s journey with EPS has come full circle — he first worked with us over 20 years ago as a painter and decorator, and now returns to the team in a senior leadership role. In the years between, he built an impressive career across the South West, working for various maintenance providers and progressing from skilled tradesman to project and contracts manager.

With decades of hands-on and management experience under his belt, Bob brings a calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach to overseeing contracts, coordinating teams, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

A proud Bristolian, Bob is an avid Bristol Rovers supporter — which fits right in with the rest of us here at EPS. (We’re all Gasheads through and through!) When he’s not at work, you’ll find him with his family, supporting his son’s football matches, or cheering on Rovers from the stands.
