Meet Sophie Jones: Customer Service Support Assistant

Sophie Jones joined the EPS Property Maintenance team as a Customer Service Support Assistant, transitioning from a successful background in retail. Although Sophie had never worked in an office environment before, her natural adaptability, dedication, and exceptional communication skills have made her a standout team member from day one.

Sophie’s ability to learn quickly and her positive attitude have been key to her success in this new role. She’s already providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring inquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently. Her retail experience has equipped her with a customer-first mindset, which she’s brought to EPS with great success.

We’re incredibly proud of how Sophie has risen to the challenge and excelled in a completely new environment. Her hard work and enthusiasm inspire confidence in our clients and team alike, making her an invaluable part of the EPS family.

Outside of work, Sophie is a keen crocheter and a voracious reader, showcasing the same energy and passion she brings to her role every day.
